  • Lead the other solution architects and developers in the project
  • Coordination with solution architects from other products and projects as well as enterprise domain architects
  • Ensure that built solutions can be operated in a stable and effective manner
  • Creating, aligning and maintaining solution blueprints and design patterns
  • Converting business and IT requirements into architecture and design
  • Ensure that various products and projects align from a solution architectire design perspective
  • Finding the right balance between architectural purity and delivery under given constraints
  • Strong technology and business stakeholder management
  • Impact analysis of new requirements and ensuring that new functionality fits into architectural approach and BAU processes
  • Overall solution architect for the Investment Management business transformation project
Anforderungsprofil
  • extensive business know-how in the Wealth Management
  • Experience of working in Agile teams
  • knowledge of the conflict "customizing vs. standard" and "buy vs. build"
  • application architect and in defining solutions as well as aligning it with various internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Experienced in onshore, offshore and near shore delivery models and international working environment
